When you move or tilt and turn the iPod the Accelerometer actually reacts to this so you can control the action. With the New Apple iPod Touch 16GB you can navigate through your music albums by touch, using your finger, flick through the album covers to find your favourite songs, even being able to view the tracks listed on the back of the cover! and when your listening you can even view the lyrics. There's also a customizable Home screen to enable your iPod to be faster. The iPod Touch 16GB can store up to 3500 with its 16 GB flash drive.

Movies
This feature allows you to carry hours of video and watch it on a crisp, clear 3.5 inch colour widescreen display. Browse the iTunes store for your favourite TV shows and download them to your iPod to watch. Tap the display screen to bring up on the onscreen controls, which will allow you to play/pause, view by chapter and adjust the volume or adjust the volume using the controls on the left side of the iPod Touch 16GB . There's also a feature that allows you to switch to either widescreen and full screen. The iPod Touch can store upto 20 Hours of video.

Internet
The New Apple iPod Touch has wireless access to the web, so when ever you're connected via Wi-Fi you will be able to browse your favourite sites or pay bills or even to your shopping! iPod automatically syns your bookmarks from your PC or Mac, it also has Yahoo and Google search engines built in, you can even zoom in and out by either a tap or a pinch on the Multi-Touch display. Websites can be displayed in either portrait or landscape, if you turn the iPod touch 90 degrees the website will rotate as well.

Battery
The iPod has an improved battery life which provides up to 36 hours of audio playback or 6 hours of video playback.

Multi-Touch Touchscreen
This feature lets you control your Touch 16GB using your fingers, the Mulit-Touch display has a protective shield over a capactive panel that senses touch using electrical fields. It then sends that information to the LCD screen below it. As your typing it will also suggest words and correct any spelling mistakes automatically.

Rock 'n' Run with Nike+
The Touch 16GB includes built-in Nike +iPod support. Simply place the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike + shoe and start exercising. The iPod Touch will track your time, distance and calories burned by communicating with the sensor in the Nike Shoe, it can even give your voice feedback on your results.

iPod Touch Review
I don't like Apple products generally, but the new Ipod Touch is the coolest and most functional item I have ever bought. It really has that "wow!" factor and does everything you would want from an MP3 and then loads more. Plus you can easily, finally, load mp3s from your computer to the IPOD. You can surf the internet easily and comfortably - no more fiddling about this makes surfing on a small device practical and simple. Viewing youtube is also a big boost and it looks great. Same comments go for the email, photo viewer, map etc. etc... It is just one superbly designed piece of equipment that seems to know exactly what the customer wants. It is a little expensive but I paid 229 euros for the 8GB and that was from europe and I must say it is worth it. Hats off to Apple.
